Shon Henny Eman & Shon A Eman are they forgotten?
We just celebrated our National Day ( our national anthem & flag day) on this day we honor all the great men who dedicated their lives for our country ARUBA. however the last few years it has been like there was only one hero and that was Betico Croes. They totally forgot the other hero like Henny Eman sr. (Shon Henny) and Cornelis A. Eman (Shon A). The battle towards our Status Aparte started in the early 40’s Under the guidance of Shon Henny (they called the battle those days Separacion) Shon A. Eman, son of Shon Henny continued with this battle, but couldn’t finish this becaus he has been assasinated. Betico Croes finalized the battle which then (1983) got the name of Status Aparte.
So we shouldn’t forget all our National Hero’s
